Disability Section - How to Join?

CITY YOUTH DISABILITY SECTION - HOW TO JOIN

If you are a keen footballer with a disability, or know someone who is, we are always on the lookout for new talent. We are a pan disability team which means we can accept players of any age, with any disability such as:- 

Special needs education, learning disability, visually impaired, hearing or balance impaired, missing or shortened limbs, cerebral palsy, physically impaired- caused by injury or disease, mental illness.

Inclusive Football Training sessions: 

Saturday Mornings: 10.00am - 12.00 

Nicholas Breakspear School, 125 Colney Heath Ln, St Albans AL4 0TT

Inclusive football training and skills for age 7+  girls and boys of all abilities.  

This is a pay as you go session - £3 per session.   Astro pitch. Players need astro boots and shin pads.

Players have a chance to work towards playing for the St Albans City Youth Inclusive team in the Herts Youth Inclusive Football league and there are opportunities to progress into the adult inclusive teams.  More about Herts Youth Inclusive Football can be found via www.hertsyouthinclusivefootball.org

Adult Training Sessions

Monday Evenings: 7pm to 9pm 

Nicholas Breakspear School, 125 Colney Heath Ln, St Albans AL4 0TT

This training session is for Inclusive Team members and Elite performers aged 16+.

Players need to pay a registration fee to be able to train on Monday’s and/or Fridays and play in the Adult Leagues at Premiership, Championship and League level.

Friday Evenings: 6.30pm to 8pm

Training session for inclusive players who want to play friendly matches and for those who want help us in the community.
