The STACY GIRLS Under 18's played a double header against Bury Rangers Youth Girls in Group A and they won the first game 4-0 with two goals from Maz Horne-Batet plus one apiece from Katie Holder and Katie Weaver. In the next match saw the Under 18's Girls again win by four goals and this time the scoreline was 5-1 with player of the match Maz Horner-Batet going one better than the previous game by hitting a magnificent hat-trick whilst Sophie Veal hit two.

The STACY GIRLS Under 16's North also played a double header and this was against Potters Bar Crusaders Girls in Group C and they had mixed fortunes in that they lost the first game 4-2 but recovered brilliantly to win the second match 4-1 after they had led 1-0 at half time. Scoring the goals in the first game for the North were Esme Hume and Kiera Ward whilst in the second match saw Kiera Ward strike again but this time with a fantastic three goals whilst player of the match Andrea Leonidas who had a great game in midfield popped up with the fourth goal.

The STACY GIRLS Under 15's South suffered a bad day at the office as they lost 7-1 at home to Ruislip Rangers Girls in Group C after the score had been 2-0 at the break. The player of the match went to central midfielder Mia Simmonds who also struck an awesome shot to record the only goal of the match for the Lady Saints.

Away to Berkhamsted Raiders Blue Girls Group F were the STACY GIRLS Under 15's North and both teams scored two goals each for the match to end in a 2-2 draw. Scoring for the North were Abbie Bierman and Evie Cussans whilst defender Rosie Vass was named as player of the match.

In Group E saw the STACY GIRLS Under 14's South lose 3-1 away to Chorleywood Common Panthers Girls with Deenah Khan scoring the only goal of the match for the South.

The STACY GIRLS Under 13's North played a double header at home to Hitchin Belles Blues Girls in Group A and despite them having a lot of play their failure to shoot again let them down as they lost 2-0 in the first game and 3-0 in the second.

Also playing a double header were the STACY GIRLS Under 13's Wildcats and they drew 0-0 in the first game in Group D against London Lions Ladies Girls with player of the match going to Imogen Siery who had a great game in defence. In the second match a fine well taken goal from Elsa McGaughey gave the Wildcats a 1-0 victory.

At home to Oaklands Wolves Girls were the STACY GIRLS Under 12's Central and they picked up all the points in the Group C match with a 4-1 victory with goals from

Alicia Gibson, Emily Ball, Lauren Vinney, and Jennifer Rimmer.

The STACY GIRLS Under 12's Wildcats played a double header away at Knebworth Youth Tigresses Girls in Group D and the Wildcats won the first game 3-1 with Chloe Nuttall scoring a superb hat-trick. In the next match the Wildcats quickly found themselves 2-0 down at half time but they struck back in the second period with the Wildcats completely in control and two great goals from Maya Till secured a 2-2 draw and they nearly snatched a late winner with player of the match Chloe Nuttall shooting just wide with thirty seconds to go.

Another team playing a double header were the STACY GIRLS Under 12's North and their opponents in Group A were London Lions Ladies Whites and the first match resulted in a 0-0 draw. In the second match saw the North sneak it with a 1-0 victory with a goal in stoppage from Ava Cowie and they also had a goal disallowed earlier on when Shea Fagen netted the ball after Rachel Kincaid's corner kick due to a linesman error, we need VAR. This now leaves the STACY GIRLS North in second place with three games remaining.

In the Pink division of the HGPFL saw the STACY GIRLS Under 11's Central play away to Watford Ladies Hornets and both sides worked hard to build up attacking play, but the match still ended in a 0-0 draw. The player of the match went to keeper/defender Jessica Reeve who did some excellent defending and made some great saves as well, but she also stepped up and found a commanding and encouraging voice in the absence of captain Sophea Bridge, get well soon Skipper.

The STACY GIRLS Under 11's Wildcats were away to Chorleywood Common Girls Jaguars in the Purple division and Sophie Cowan scored two superb goals whilst there was also a super performance in goal from keeper Ali Cowan made some great saves during the match. The player of the match went to the whole team as without any subs saw battle well against a strong Jaguars side.

Not very often I do this but I was sent the whole squad in their match report so I will mention them all. So here goes, Lucy Carter, Lucy Leonard, Helena Armoogum, Jasmine Paine, Lirel Macey, Rose Sharman, Gabby D ‘Avella, Izzy Marriot, Orla Henry and Eliza Maton. The Romans were at home in the Pink division of the HGPFL against Meninas FC Salvador Girls and there were some great plays from Eliza Maton which included some lovely interplay like a knife through butter which saw captain Lucy Carter shrug off two defenders before calmly slotting the ball into the bottom corner. Then a superb pinpoint cross from the right from Lucy Leonard found Lucy Carter unmarked in the box whereupon she took one touch, bang the ball ended up in top corner for her second goal of the match The visitors keeper played brilliantly and clearly she must have had her Weetabix this morning.

Also, in the Pink division of the HGPFL were the STACY GIRLS Under 10's Central and they were away to Meninas FC Manaus Girls and scoring a goal for the Central was player of the match Liana Sprunt plus there was also a fantastic contribution from the tenacious Poppy Miller.

The STACY GIRLS Under 9's Romans were away to Berkhamsted Raiders Supersonics and it was a real end to end game in the Pink division and scoring some goals for the Romans were captain Ellie Roberts, Olivia Williams and Grace Fergie. There was beautiful passing and incredible assists from Nadeen Kelifa Young whilst the defensive line of Amelia Ramirez, Eva Kitson and Olivia Williams played well also. The Romans superb attacking force of Ellie Roberts, Amelia Foils, Grace Fergie, Ellie Roberts, and Olivia Williams kept the Berko Raiders on the back foot throughout the match. The player of the match was awarded to Eva Kitson.

In the Purple division saw the STACY GIRLS Under 9's Wildcats and they were away to Berkhamsted Raiders Youth Solar Girls and to prove it was just one of those days saw the player of the match Cecilia Turton-Ryz hit the post not just once but twice!

The STACY GIRLS Under 9's Central were at home to the London Development Academy Girls and they found Jessica Kutcher in fine form in that she scored eight (8) wonderful goals whilst Evie Rosenheim scored a superb hat-trick. There were other goalscorers and they were Jasmine Nooran, Isabella Batchellor, Isabella Habbouchi and Lola Mackintosh.

The final match of the Girls section saw the STACY GIRLS Under 8's Orient play Hitchin Belles Youth Girls at home in the Purple division of the HGPFL and getting the scoreline going was a long-distance strike from Josie Henriksen which whizzed into the back of the net and then Rosie Harris scored a hat-trick of delightful of goals. Evie Wainer scored three quick fire goals just before half time whilst Maddie Latham who was named player of the match struck five (5) goals which saw her finish then off in real style with some help from Mia Pisharody with fine midfield play as she linked up with the attack. Both Rosie Harris and Josie Henriksen gave a strong defensive performance.
