The 16 EJA lost 4-0 away to a very good Hadley FC side with the Saints conceding two goals early on and by half time they were 3-0 down. In the second half they turned in a better performance and they started to contain the home side but struggled to create any real chances themselves. Late on they conceded a fourth goal after a good counter attack. The man of the match went to Thomas Geller for a battling display in the centre of the midfield.

The goalscorers were Angelo Calatrava 4, Matt Roome 4, Callum Cornish 3 and he also picked up the man of the match award with John McVeigh scoring the final goal. The East battled hard against excellent opponents who were at the top of their game and it was a tough baptism of fire for some of the newer players for the East side. There man of the match went to Saber el Bziou.
At home to Bishops Stortford was the 15 EJA and once again they were thwarted by the woodwork from taking an early lead when Jude Evans on the left side of the box saw his low effort hit the foot of the near post and rebound back out.
Next up was Josh Forster who was having a great game on both wings by delivering some great balls into the box and he on a fast sprint towards goal saw his cracking low strike from the right-hand side of the box smash against the far post with the keeper well beaten but alas the bar rebounded back out once again.
Well the goal was not long in coming (phew thank goodness for that) when after a good build up in the box saw Jason Fati header blocked by the Stortford keeper Ricardo Pacheco but following up was Jack McShane and he headed the ball into the ball of the net.
Harry Turner had a long-range effort go just over whilst Bradley Young saw his fine strike tipped over the bar by Ricardo Pacheco.
Soon it was 2-0 when Harry Turner crossed the ball over from the right wing and there was Jack McShane with a hook shot to drive the ball into the back of the net to put the Saints two goals up.
Just before the break the saints took control of the match with a third goal when Josh Forster crossed the ball over and there eight yards out was Harry BRADY to squeeze his header over the line just inside the near post.
Bradley Young clipped the near post with a rising shot early in the second period but for some unknown reason the Saints lost their way and allowed Bishops Stortford away back into the game. They won a free which Kamarani Collington took and racing into the box was Sean LAW to head the ball past Billy Thomson to make the score 3-1.
Harry Turner and Josh Forster both had good shots on goal well saved by Ricardo Pacheco who was in good form but he could do nothing late in the game when Sean Walsh seemingly chased a lost cause as the ball seemed destined to go out of play but somehow it kept it in and pulled it back to the far post where Joe VANCE racing in fired it home to complete a 4-1 scoreline for the young Saints.
