St Albans City Youth - Boys

Under 16

The Under 16 East WFL won 4 - 0 against Braddy Maccabi Whites in the Spring Cup thanks to a dominating performance from the Saints. The goals were scored by Joe Stockwell, Cain Joseph, Tom Levy and a great strike from Dominic Wilson. Center Back Alex Stevens was named man of the match thanks to his teamwork with Tayler Fennel in midfield.

The Under 16 North played Alexandra Park North at home in the League and won the match 2 - 0 thanks to goals from Alfie Booth and Owen Greenbank. The man of the match went to Dan Newton.

The Under 16 Central played clubmates the Under 16 East WHYL and it was the Central who came out on top with a 3 - 2 victory. The goals were scored by (for the Central) Harrison Gates 2 and Stephen Gee, for the East, Michael Coffee and Conor Jungnickel.

The Under 16 South played Everett Rovers in a 2 - 2 draw in the League. The Saints goals were scored by Matty Gallagher and Ben Gosling. The Mna of the match went to Sam Smith.

Under 15

The Under 15 North defeated Everett Rovers 6 - 3 with goals from Jack Hughes (all Six). The man of the match went to Adam Roberts.

The Under 15 Orient had a narrow defeat (1-2) to their fellow clubmates the Under 15 South in a Red Division fixture. The goal for the orinet was scored by Finbar King (he was also the man of the match for the Orient), the goals for the South were scored by Joe Newton and Scott Gentle. The man of the match for the South went to Adam Pringle.

The Under 15 East lost to Garston Boys. Callum Sweeney scored a consolation goal for the East and Daniel McGarry was named man of the match.

Under 14

In the Watford Friendly League Challenge Cup the Under 14 North defeated Muswell Hill Vipers 14 - 0. The goal scorers were Billy Owen 6, Daniel Banerjee 3, Ed Mann, Sam Mistry, James Lawrence, Hendrik Bochenhauer and Joe Parrett. The man of the match went to Sam Mistry.

Under 13

The Under 13 Orient turned in their best performance of the season to stop League Leaders, Sun Postals 100% League record by winning the game 4 - 0. Scoring the goals for the Saints were Ollie Gilmour 2, Samuel Beasley and Lewis Shamplina-Posner. The man of the match award went to Isaac Hannon.

The Under 13 East had a narrow defeat to Gadeside Rangers 1-2. James Barwick scored for the Saints and Louis Postema was named man of the match.

Under 12

The Under 12 West finally played there several times postponed County Cup tie against East Herts and progressed to the next round thanks to a 4 - 0 victory. The Saints goals were scored by Jack Cullen 2, Jack Carmichael and Thomas Ranfal.

The Under 12 East Yellow defeated Tring Tornados Tigers 8 - 1 in a fixture that was played away as the Saints pitch was unplayable. The goals were scored by Brandon Trainis 4, Tommy Wilson, William Miller, Freddie Laycock and Thomas Every.

The Under 12 North lost 4 - 3 away to Sun Sports in a League match. The Saints were winning 2 - 3 with 4 minutes remaining when, once again, defeat was snatched from the jaws of victory. The Saints goals were scored by Ryan Corcoran, Thomas Couling and one from man of the match Matthew Radelat.

Under 11

The Under 11 East played Panshanger Tigers. There were goals scored by Harry Dawe 2 and one from Man of the Match Sam Bocca-Mappe.

Under 10

The Under 10 Victoria played Hemel Hempstead Youth. There were good perfomances from both teams. Goals were scored by Martin Flore, Oscar Bell 3, Benjy Stone and Archie Hobbs. The man of the match went to Freddie Roe who was superb in midfield.

The Under 10 Boreal played Paringdon Youth Pumas. The star player for the Saints was Jackson McArthur for his dedication and effort in defence.

Under 9

The Under 9 South played away to Barnet Azzurri. There were goals from Freddie Yeo and two from Josh Smith. The Man of the Match went to Asa Stewart-Harris thanks to his all-round contribution during the game.

The Under 9 Central played Watford Town Youth. There were goals from Ethan Sieger 2 and Tyler Hall. The man of the match went to Ethan Sieger.

The Under 9 North played Wormley and the man of the match went to Liam Reed.

The Under 9 Saxons played Welwyn Garden City Tornadoes in a very enjoyable match.

St Albans City Youth - Girls

Under 12

The Under 12 Girls South played away at Bishops Stortford and came home with all the points thanks to a 2 - 1 victory. Both goals were scored by Zoe Cowan who was also named as Player of the Match.

Under 11

The Under 11 Girls South played Watford Ladies and Natasha Soll scored.

Under 10

The Under 10 Girls North played Borehamwood. Amelia Thompson scored and Emily Mills was named player of the match.

Under 9

The Under 9 Girls North played Berkhamsted Raiders Blue. The player of the match went to Maise Francis.

Under 8

The Under 8 Girls played away against Broomfield Academy Whites. There were goals from Laila Brown 3, Emma Bracey 2, Maya Deans 2 and Rebecca Smith. The Player of the Match went to Olive Jones.
