St Albans City Youth FC - Boys
The Under 18 West won 4 - 1 against fellow clubmates the Under 18 Orient. The goal for the Orient was scored by Oscar Hughes and their man of the match went to Zac Moore, for the winners (the West) the goals were scored by Shaun Aylwood, Twanda Manenji and one from the Wests man of the match Yaku Stapleton.
In the Spring Shield the Under 17 Est went out by two goals to one against Harvesters. Their goal was scored by Charlie Lunniss and Ben Yates was named man of the match.
The Under 16 North played away to Olympiacos and came away with all three points thanks to a 3 - 2 victory. The goals were scored by Wil Sharp, Cian Sweeney and Chris Hubbard. The man of the match went to Wil Sharp.
The City Youth Under 16 Orient beat Comet Sports 2 - 0 thanks to goals from Adam Purkiss and Ben Ross.
The Under 16 East WFL lost 3 - 0 against Whetstone Wanderers Panthers in the Spring Cup. The Saints man of the match went to Alex Steven. This was a good performance by the Saints, the ball would just not go their way.
The Under 16 South drew 2 - 2 with Harpenden Pirates in the league with Ben Gosling and Alex Stamalovi scoring the goals for the Saints.
The Under 15 South had a great 3 - 0 home win over Harvesters. The half time score was 1 - 0 to the Saints thanks to a goal from Fin Banks. Scoring the other goals were Harry Smith and Harrison Arnold. Joe Newton also had a penalty saved just before half time.
The Under 15 West beat Abbots Youth Blue 15 - 1. Scoring the goals were Matt Nash, Zach Quinn, Joe Parkin and Casey Akajioyi, Ross Andrews 2, Tom Keating 4 and Five for Kwame Youri. The man of the match was Zach Quinn.
The Under 15 Orient lost 2 - 0 to Chorleywood Gunners in the Challenge Cup with Lewis Chippington being named man of the match.
The Under 15 East lost 1 - 6 against Kings Langley with man of the match scoring their only goal.
The Under 14 West lost 2 - 1 to Kings Langley with James Knapp scoring their only goal.
The Under 14 Orient scored four goals against Kings Langley but still ended up on the losing side with a 4 - 7 defeat. Scoring for the Saints were Peter Rock 2 and Bly Wilding also with a brace.
The Under 13 South drew 1 - 1 with Boreham Wood Red. A goal from Daniel Eaver gave the South the lead until the last minute when the South gave away a penalty which gave Boreham Wood the equaliser. The man of the match went to Sam Doidge.
The Under 13 Orient beat Harpenden Magpies 3 - 1 thanks to goals from Daniel Breeze and two fine strikes from man of the match Lewis Shamplina-Posner.
The Under 13 Central played a friendly against Park Street Village Reds and won the game 4 - 1. It was a match of fantastic passing football with great teamwork to take a 4-0 lead at half time. Goals from Daniel Williams, Matt Roome, Jack Percy and Josh Penning. Changes made in the second half lead to some good individual performances in defence from Dan Hussain and Angelo Calatrava in central defence and Alex Sommerbauer and Joe Cussans working as full backs. Man of the Match went to Dan Hussain.
The Under 13 North lost 2 - 0 to Bushey and Oxhey Lions. For the Saints there was a joint man of the match, shared between Myles Donkin and Orson Campos.
The Under 13 East had a 3 - 3 draw with Colney Heath Magpies with goals from man of the match Freddy Bacon, Nasir Zaman and James Barwick.
The City Youth Under 12 East Yellow beat Nascot Wood 6 - 0. Scoring the goals were Oscar Evans 2, Fin Thomas, Brandon Trainis, William Miller & Tom Every.
The Under 12 East Blue had a great 6 - 1 win over Highgate and Muswell Hill thanks to goals from Jamie Hilton 3, Charlie Battle, Jack Jacobs and Will Austin (his first goal for the club).
The Under 12 West lost 2 - 1 agaisnt Endmonton Eagles in the League Cup Quarter Final. The Saints only goal was scored by Huw Dawson.
The Under 12 North played a doundle header agaisnt Croxley Green. The first game was 0 - 0 with the man of the match going to Josh Doyle. The second game was a 2 - 4 loss with the goals coming from man of the match Andrew Gentle and Louis Sampson.
The City Youth Under 11 West played Waltham Cross and there were goals from Finlay Rees 4, Alfie Gauthier, Ben Collison and one from man of the match Shay Murphy.
The City Youth Under 11 East played Wheathamstead Wanderers Sharks. The man of the match was Harry Harmes and Sam Bocca Mappe scored a tremendous goal.
The Under 11 North played Tring Tornadoes. Charlie Taylor scored with a real thunderbolt of a strike.
The City Youth Under 10 South played their fellow club mates the Under 10 West. Sam Ejjayha scored and the man of the match went to Finley Evans. This was a good performance from all the players.
The Under 10 Central played away to Panshanger Tigers, there were goals from Akere Ngu, Oliver Taylor and a hat trick from Matt Penfold. The man of the match went to Ben Coulling.
The City Youth Under 10 Orient played Risden Youth. There were goals from Barney Amess and Luka Hinton.
The Under 10 East played Bury Rangers. There were goals from Jensen Dean, Liam Lavin, Joe McLeod and Davide Iacobucc.
The Under 10 Boreal played Wodson Park Rovers. The goals were scored by Addison Newe-Doyle 2, Alex La Placa, Carlos Johnson, Harry Muir and Mitchel Murphy. The man of the match went to Jackson McArthur for an impeccable performance in midfield and defence.
The Under 9 North played Knebworth in a friendly game. There were goals from Antonio Desiderio 2, Sean Gallagher, Noah Butler, Finn Scully and Louis Daly.
The Under 9 Central played Chorleywood Falcons at home. There were goals from Ethan Siegar and Harry Pearce. The man of the match went to Tyler Hall.
The Under 9 Orient played Harpenden Colts Pumas. Goals scored by Thomas Boca-Mapp 2, Lucas Berry 2,Bertie Postema and Alex Hails.
The Under 8 Orient played Bengeo Tigers and both teams had a great match. There were goals from Theo Hancock 3 and Lucas Curley. Theo Hancock was also named man of the match.
The City Youth Under 8 East played Cheshunt Ambers. The goals were scored by Arthur Rennie-Sivell 4, Leon Rainey 2 & Man of the match), Teddy Carr, Samuel Philpot and William Dorey.
The Under 8 West played away to Hoddesdon Town Reds. The goals were scored by Romeo Rojas, Toby Short 4, Freddie Stewart and Nick Evershed. The man of the match award went to Toby Short.
The City Youth Under 8 North played Potter Bar Crusaders Knights. Goals were scored by Jacob Standing and Kaden Rajkumar 2 who was also named man of the match.

The Under 8 South played St Georges Cobras. Harrison Smith scored and the man of the match went to Thomas Denyer.
The Under 16 Girls South beat Hormead Hares 3 - 2 away. The goals were scored by Abby Durrant, Rosie McGahan and Aimee Smith. The player of the match went to Lauryn Edwell.
In the Shield Semi Final the Under 15 Girls North lost to Harvesters.
The Under 15 Girls South lost to Kings Langley, new signing and keeper Amy Martin was outstanding and named player of the match.
The City Youth Under 14 Girls played Garston ladies at home and had a great result with a 5 – 1 victory. The goals were scored by Sophie Bates 3, Hannah McCorkindale and Claudia Scrimgeour. The player of the match went to Gracie Fletcher. This was a great result for the Saints as Garston had defeated them 9 – 2 earlier in the season.
The Under 13 Girls drew 3 - 3 away to Kinja. The goals were scored by Mia Pinkham 2 and Jess Simpson. The player of the match went to Laura Gifford.
The Under 12 Girls South lost a close match 1 - 0 to Bedwell Rangers with the player of the match going to Caitlin Watkins.
The Under 11 Girls North played Denham Girls. There were goals from Tatyana Barton, Katie Leigh and Caitlin Wheeler who was also named player of the match.
The Under 10 Girls North played Herts Girls Red with the player of the match going to Emily Mills.
The Under 10 Girls South played Chorleywood Pumas in a very good match and the player of the match award went to Jemima Avery.
The Under 9 Girls North played Bedwell Rangers Comets. Amy Reeves scored and was also named player of the match.
The Under 9 Girls South played Berkhamstead Raiders. Poppy Mountain and Stella Ekbald scored and the player of the match went to Alicia Moss.
The City Youth Under 8 Girls played Bedwell Rangers. There were goals from Laila Brown 4, Nora Doyle-Newe and Rebecca Smith. The Player of the match was Nora Doyle-Newe.
