St Albans City Youth – Boys
The Under 18 East played away to Hemel Red in a league fixture and despite a good showing went down by four goals to nil.
The Under 16 Orient played Comets and came away as winners by the odd goal in seven with a four goals to three scoreline. Scoring for the Orient were Bill Llewellyn-Jones, Tom Barrett, William Ibbotson and Nayeem Hassan.
The Under 16 Central played away at Evergreen Colts and won the match by three goals to one. Scoring for the Central were Steven Gee, Harrison Gates and Jack Cummings. The man of the match went to Jake Holdsworth.
The Under 16 East WFL went down 5 – 0 to Hadley Wood and Wingate Eagles. The man of the match for the Saints was Jack Stern.
The Under 15 East played Watford Youth and came away with an eight goals to one victory. Scoring for the Saints were David Ike 4, Demetrius Johnson 2, Callum Sweeney and Harry Docherty. The man of the match went to Jacques Nolte.
Playing away to Watford Youth Sports were the Under 15 West and they came back with all the points after a 5 – 0 win. Ross Andrews scored four goals and there was a single from Harrison Bean. The man of the match went to Mat Turner.
The Under 15 Orient went out of the Fourth round of the County Cup after a close 2 – 1 defeat by Broxbourne Borough Royals. Scoring for the Saints was Lewis McCall. The man of the match went to Jake Devereux.
The Under 15 South lost 3 – 5 to Comets. The Saints goals were scored by Ross Weaver 2 and Scott Gentle. The man of the match went to Harry Smith.
In the Fourth Round of the County Cup the Under 14 North progressed with a three goals to one victory over Stevenage Blue Sox. Billy Owen scored two goals and Thomas Geller scored one. The man of the match went to keeper William Kerslake who pulled of a number of brilliant saves during the game.
The Under 14 West played away to Hemel and came away with all three points after a six goals to one win. The Saints goals were scored by Evander Port 2, William Skinner, William Shepherd, Louis Paganuzzi and Adam Johnson.
The Under 14 East played away to Harpenden Colts White and won the match 2 – 0. The goals were scored by Harry Peter and Fazan Uddin. The man of the match went to Tristen Edwards.
The Under 13 North won 3 – 2 against Kings Langley in the Junior League Cup. The goals were scored by Myles Donkin 2 and Freddie Collins. The man of the match went to Momodou Njie-Touray thanks to a commanding performance in midfield.
The Under 13 Central went down 6 – 2 away at Sun Postal Yellows. Scoring the goals were Matt Roome and Daniel Williams. The Saints were under strength due to injuries and illness. The man of the match went to Joe Cussans.
The Under 13 East shared the points with a 3 – 3 away draw at AC Finchley. Scoring the goals for the Saints was (hat trick man) Nasir Zaman with all three goals. The man of the match went to Louis Postema.
The Under 13 Orient won 3 – 2 at home to Chorleywood. The goals were scored by Joe McCarthy (stunning volley), Max Varney (a free kick which is also a contender for goal of the season) and Ollie Gilmour. The man of the match was Daniel Sands.
In the County Cup the Under 12 South won 7 – 0 against Woodson Park with goals from George Sippetts 3, Jack O’Rahilly 2 and two goals from man of the match Cian Cribbin.
The Under 11 North played away at Chorleywood and there were goals from Joseph Beardon and Jamie Simmons.
The Under 11 South played Wormley Youth Blacks. Louis Warren scored and the man of the match went to Dylan Gacek Campos.
The Under 11 East played Bury Rangers Whites. There were goals from James Nash, Arjun Singh and Harry Dawe. The man of the match went to Matthew McCree.
The Under 11 West played Sumners Youth Pythons and there were goals from Finlay Rees and the man of the match went to Caleb Ezequiel.
The Under 10 South played St Margaretsbury Hawks. There were goals from Toby Joyce (who was also named man of the match) and William Houghton.
The Under 10 East played away to Ryan FC and there were goals from Joel Whitworth 3, Liam Lavin and Jensen Dean.
The Under 10 Victoria played Tring Trojans.
The Under 10 West played away to Emsford Youth Lions. There were goals from Sam Mills (with an assist from Cody Smith) and Alex Duffy. The man of the match went to Isaac Templeton.
The Under 10 Central played away to East Herts Youth Red and there were goals from Oliver Taylor (Oliver was also named man of the match), Matthew Penfold and Charlie Mason.
The Under 10 Orient played Enfield Youth. Man of the match Barney Amess scored as did Jack McDonald and Callum Crowther.
The Under 9 North played Cuffley and there were goals from Antonio Desiderio 2 and Adam Gardner 2.
The Under 9 South played Clodan Youth. There were goals from Josh Smith 3, Freddie Yeo, Steven Jacobs. The man of the match went to Ben Turnbull.
The Under 9 East played Welwyn Garden City Hurricanes. There were goals from Josh Kleiner-Mann 2, Sam McGorrian and one from man of the match Tom Jennings.
The Under 9 West played Kings Langley Sharks, in what was a great match there were goals from Ben Hodges 2, Jacob Nyamupingidza 2 and Tommy Morgan. The man of the match went to Rory Graham.
The Under 9 Central played Abbots Youth. The man of the match went to James Cormey.
The Under 9 Dragons played club mates the Under 9 Romans, there were goals from Michael Napier, Max Austin, Ryan Kennedy, Joshua Francois and Jack Reeves. The man of the match went to Scott Cole.
The Under 9 Arrows played Wheathamstead Wanderers, there were goals from Callum Howells, Oscar Noble, Louis Godfrey and Louis Daly. The man of the match went to Leon Negu-Roman.
The Under 9 Saxons played East Herts Youth Red. There were goals from Sam Estell 3, Fin Murphy and Ailbe Tidd.
The Under 8 North played at home to Welwyn. There were goals from Charlie Yeo 2, Ethan Evans and star man Alfie Bedwell.
The Under 8 East played Bury Stripes. There were goals from Leon Rainey 3, Arthur Rennie-Sivell 2, Arthur Veasey and Samuel Philpot.
The Under 16 Girls North went down 2 – 4 at home to Enfield with their goals coming from Emily Schofield 2. The player of the match was keeper Ellen Fox.
The Under 15 Girls North lost to Harvesters and there was a joint player of the match which was shared between Jess Leigh and Isobel Todd.
The Under 15 Girls South lost 4 – 0 to undefeated Bishops Stortford in an entertaining match. The player of the match went to Kira Close.
The Under 14 Girls also played Bishops Stortford and lost 5 – 1. Scoring their goal was Tilinca Moraru. There was a joint player of the match which went to Bo Westcombe-Evans and Hayley Aldridge-Trounce.
Playing away the Under 13 Girls had a 3 – 2 victory over Harvesters with Mia Pinkham scoring all the Saints goals. Player of the match went to Katie Holder.
The Under 12 Girls lost a close match 2 – 3 with Boreham Wood. Scoring the Saints goals were Jasmine Price and Zoe Cowan. The player of the match went to Emma To.
The Under 11 Girls North played Garston ladies Pumas. There were goals scored by Tatyana Barton 4, Kiera Ward 2, Katie Leigh and Ruby Tucker. The player of the match went to Briony Stachini who was making her debut.
The Under 11 Girls South played Bedwell Rangers and there was a goal from Kyla Fellows.
The Under 10 Girls North played Hitchin Belles. There were goals from Amelia Thompson 4 and one from player of the match Sarah Jane.
The Under 10 Girls South played Chorleywood. The player of the match went to Scarlett Lobina.
The Under 9 Girls North played Berkhamsted Rangers. There were goals from Cora Bayliss, Masie Francis and player of the match Isla Evans.
The Under 9 Girls South played Berkhamsted Raiders Red. There were goals from Erin Mill, Poppy Mountain and one from player of the match Alicia Moss.
