St Albans City Youth FC October Half Term Football Camp

Our popular holiday football camps provide a fun and educational environment for the players to improve on their skill, technique and understanding of the game. The camp will run throughout October half term and is designed for boys and girls of all abilities, aged between 5-13.

This October we will be focussing on different areas of the game with a Halloween theme each day will look like:

  • Tricks & Treats – skills and turns
  • Caught in the web – dribbling and defending
  • Spooktacular team play – passing and receiving
  • What a Ghoul – shooting
  • Matches at the stadium of fright – small sided games & tournaments
  • Halloween costume day on Thursday 31st October – winner will receive a St Albans goody bag

The camp is based at Nicholas Breakspear School, which holds one the best facilities in St Albans including a full-size 3G AstroTurf, classrooms for snack and lunchtimes and the large sports hall in case of bad weather!

Please bring suitable footwear and shin pads. Also please dress appropriately for the weather (a change of clothing is also a good idea). A packed lunch will be required.

Time: 10am – 3pm with registration opening at 9:30am, please email the coaches regarding a early drop off at:

Ages: 5 – 13 Year olds

Price: £20 per day or £75 for 5 days saving yourself 25%.

Booking: We now use Paypal as our payment system, please be aware you DO NOT NEED a Paypal account to pay using Paypal, just follow the instructions.

Prizes: If you book on for the whole week you will receive a free gift on the Friday at our presentation ceremony (2:45pm) where we will be asking the young people to demonstrate the skills they have learnt throughout the week.

There are subsidised hardship places available for children of parents who are out of work thanks to a grant from The Premiership and PFA through the National League Trust.
