Our holiday courses aim to be fun and educational and are open to boys and girls aged 5-13. Players of all abilities are welcome to attend. We offer prizes for player of the week, most improved player and for the person who follows our themed days the best. You can expect high quality coaching delivered by young local people. Goalkeeping coaching will be available every day. Arrangements can be made for an early drop off should this be more convenient for working parents. Venue: Highfield Park, Highfield Lane, St Albans, AL4 0RE Participants can come for a day, several days or the whole week The course will take place on the back sports field, please bring suitable footwear and shin pads. Also please dress appropriately for the weather (a change of clothing is also a good idea). Vacancy within the Lettings Team - Nicholas Breakspear, St Albans
St. Albans City Youth Community Football Club and Nicholas Breakspear School work in partnership to provide a Lettings Service for Nicholas Breakspear School Facilities (Astro, Gym, Hall). The Lettings Team have the responsibility for overseeing the evening activity of the Facilities.
Role and Responsibilities
The candidate will be expected to open/close the Facilities each evening and provide a professional customer service and ensure that the facilities are presentable and at the highest standard for commercial and community use each evening.
• Locking/Unlocking + Alarming the school and required facilities.
• Customer Service (Phone manner, face to face interaction)
• Maintaining the Astroturf and other facilities.
• Completing assigned Team Projects.
The candidate will be expected to show confidence and enthusiasm, alongside a passion for Sport, Health and Activity. Strong initiative to produce ideas and suggestions to the Lettings Department and willing for promotion and further responsibilities.
Training will be provided for the role, alongside a DBS Application (if applicable).Hours will be 10 to 23hrs on a self-employed basis.
