Responsibility
The main responsibility of the kit manager is to make sure all of the clubs teams have the appropriate club kit, balls and coaching equipment.
The secondary responsibility is to run the club shop for such things as jackets, ties, bags, scarves and hats. Ensuring payments are received and delivery times are reasonable.
Finally to support the Community Coaches with club wear and equipment.
Tasks include:
Good service to players and managers
Look after the needs of sponsors
Observe the club kit policy
Manage the club shop
Manage the relationship with supplier(s)
Annual check of prices
Invoice sponsors annually
Take steps to ensure kit, balls and equipment is not wasted
Manage stock levels of our stock items (bags and ties)
Recycle sponsored kits to other teams
Recycle older kits to Africa
Manage the boot library
Reporting to:
Club committee for all kit related matters
Club treasurer for all financial matters
